# Sewlore Sewing Preparation Pack

Blank records for your own fabric samples and sewing projects. The pack contains no measured fabric dataset, completed sample results or garment pattern pieces.

## Choose the paper format

- Sewlore-Sewing-Preparation-Pack-A4.pdf: 4 pages, A4 (210 x 297 mm).
- Sewlore-Sewing-Preparation-Pack-US-Letter.pdf: 4 pages, US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches).

Each PDF contains the same sequence:

1. Fabric Measurement Log: sample identity, starting/extended/released lengths, time after release, care measurements and notes.
2. Project details and fit plan: pattern reference, preparation status, relevant measurements and fitting sample plans.
3. Materials and preparation: fabric/notion requirements, sample notes and an unchecked preparation checklist.
4. Work log, change log and final notes.

Choose the file that matches your paper. Use Actual Size / 100% for the intended form layout and inspect the print preview for complete page edges. These are recording sheets, not calibrated rulers or pattern test squares. Use the reference supplied in your actual sewing pattern when checking pattern print scale. The PDFs have been checked digitally; physical printer testing is still pending.

## Use and edit the blank sources

- fabric-measurement-log.svg: the original editable vector worksheet. Open it in a compatible vector editor. The source canvas is 190 x 250 mm; it is a writing sheet, not a cutting template.
- fabric-measurement-log.html: a labelled, self-contained worksheet. Open it locally, type your own entries, then use Print or save to PDF. Clear entries resets the open form. Entries are not saved automatically; print/save before closing or reloading. Browser print settings and page breaks can vary, so use the supplied PDFs for a predictable four-page pack.
- sewing-project-planner.md: a plain Markdown planner you can copy into your notes or edit in a compatible editor.

Keep units consistent within a calculation. Record the direction, sample condition and waiting time alongside released-length readings. Keep personal/body measurements in a private project record. Empty tables and checkboxes are intentional.

The PDFs are static printable forms, not interactive PDF form fields. The editable sources are included for revisions. The worksheet HTML has native input labels and table headers; the PDF files are not represented as tagged, accessibility-certified documents.
